Unlike functional or integrative medical providers who diagnose and treat illness with medications, we serve within the scope of nursing practice. Our role is to assess health patterns, promote optimal wellness, and develop individualized nursing care plans — without diagnosing disease or prescribing pharmaceuticals.

As part of your individualized Wellness Roadmap, we design each plan to fit your real-world needs, including:

Discovery Call (Optional) We invite you to schedule a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call. This conversation is an opportunity to discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and determine if we are the right fit to work together.

Comprehensive Functional Nutrition Intake Prior to your consultation, you will complete a detailed intake form through our secure client portal, allowing us to map your health history, lifestyle patterns, and wellness priorities.

Custom Roadmap to Wellness Following your consultation, we will create your personalized Roadmap to Wellness — including nutrition planning, supplement recommendations, fitness strategies, and lifestyle guidance — all tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Optional Functional Lab Testing Clients may choose to order targeted lab tests through our Lab Store powered by Rupa Health to gain deeper insight into specific areas of wellness. If lab results are available prior to your consultation, your personalized Roadmap will integrate and reflect those findings.

Ongoing Support Stay supported and empowered through follow-up coaching sessions, personalized plan adjustments, and secure messaging access between sessions.
INITIAL FUNCTIONAL WELLNESS CONSULTATION
Your wellness journey begins here. This in-depth session is designed to fully explore your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, and personal goals through a functional wellness lens.
During your consultation, we will:

Review your comprehensive intake form. You will fill this out online before coming to your appointment. Plan for at least 30 minutes to complete to ensure you're able to provide us with as much information as you can about your health, history and lifestyle.

Discuss optional functional lab testing (additional cost)
